It features integrated temperature and pressure compensation that enables conversion of measured gas volumes to standard reference conditions. Engineered with a rugged high-strength aluminum body and corrosion-resistant coating, the TG-3000-EVC is built to perform reliably in both indoor and outdoor installations under demanding conditions.
The meter’s internal assembly includes a dynamically balanced turbine rotor supported by low-friction ball bearings, which minimizes mechanical resistance, reduces wear, and ensures a longer operational life. A built-in flow straightener upstream of the rotor stabilizes the gas flow profile, eliminating turbulence for consistent and dependable measurement. The streamlined construction results in minimal pressure loss while maintaining excellent repeatability—making it well-suited for both submetering and process flow applications.
A mechanical totalizer is integrated into the meter body, providing a direct reading of actual gas volume (in cubic meters) under operating conditions. In addition, it offers a pulse output signal that allows for external connection to an EVC for further data processing, including volume correction and mass flow computation.
The TG-3000-EVC is equipped with an external Electronic Volume Corrector, which continuously measures temperature and pressure, dynamically adjusting the volumetric flow to base conditions and computing mass flow in kilograms. Precision sensors are securely installed to ensure accurate real-time data acquisition. The EVC unit is enclosed in a durable, weather-resistant, and shockproof housing to protect sensitive components and ensure uninterrupted performance across diverse environmental conditions.
Designed for versatility, the TG-3000-EVC is ideal for both custody transfer and submetering applications, offering reliable
