The BT-3020-X insertion thermal mass flow meter, equipped with a dual platinum wire wound sensor encapsulated in a 316 Stainless Steel sheath, represents an innovative approach to measuring gas flow rates with exceptional accuracy. This specialized meter utilizes a unique sensor design, employing dual platinum wire coils around a support structure. These coils serve as both heating and temperature-sensing elements.
 

This flow meter is available in both integral and remote transmitter versions. The transmitter unit has a graphical LCD, offering real-time flow data, cumulative values, velocity (nm/s), and process gas temperature. Moreover, it includes 4-20mA HART, RS485, and pulse interfaces, enhancing its connectivity and communication capabilities. It has a dual power input source of 24 VDC and 230VAC. The transmitter comes in flame-proof enclosures, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment in hazardous areas.
