Inline Thermal Mass Flow Meter

The BT-3000-G inline thermal mass flow meter with a flanged connection is designed to measure the flow of compressed air, blower air, nitrogen, natural gas, etc., in small pipes ranging from ½” up to 4” in size.

Blower Air, Compressed Air, Nitrogen MEMS Sensor for fast Response Size: DN 15 to DN 80 Flange: ANSI B16.5 150#/300# Output: 4-20mA, 3-wire & RS 485 Modbus RTU Power Supply: 24 VDC Temp: 0 ... +120°C

Product Description

The BT-3000-G inline thermal mass flow meter, employing MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) sensor technology, signifies a groundbreaking innovation in flow measurement. MEMS technology enables the development of highly sensitive and accurate sensors in a compact size.

This flow meter is available in both integral and remote transmitter versions. The transmitter unit has a 16x2 Character OLED display, offering real-time flow data and cumulative values. Moreover, it includes 4-20mA and RS485 interfaces, enhancing its connectivity and communication capabilities. The transmitter operates on a 24 VDC power supply. The transmitter comes in flame-proof enclosures, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment in hazardous areas.

Its inline model includes a flow tube or chamber through which the gas flows. This component is engineered to maintain a consistent and uniform flow profile, facilitating efficient interaction between the gas and the sensor elements placed within. BT-3000-G comes with a flange connection and is a pivotal element, ensuring the flow meter's secure and robust attachment to the pipeline. This connection is engineered to provide a tight seal, minimizing the risk of leaks and maintaining the system's integrity.

This model is adaptable to various pipe diameters ranging from 1/2 inches to 4 inches with different flange ratings such as ANSI 150#, 300#, DIN2527 PN10, PN16, etc.

The BT-3000-G is meticulously engineered to accurately measure the flow rate of clean gases like Compressed air, Aeration blower air, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Natural gas. This versatility makes it indispensable across industries reliant on precise gas control and management for diverse applications.
