Description

The BG-2000-DG Fuel Consumption Meter offers a precise and reliable solution for tracking diesel usage in engines. Built around a positive displacement oval gear flow meter and integrated with a specially designed manifold system, this unit ensures accurate measurement of both fuel supply and return lines. Ideal for monitoring diesel consumption in a wide range of vehicles and equipment—including buses, commercial vans, agricultural machines, construction machinery, and diesel-powered systems like boilers, furnaces, and kilns.
 

This system is design to match the fuel intake profile of various engine types, delivering high resolution measurement of inflow and outflow to compute exact fuel consumption. The panel-mounted display provides real-time readings, while the robust design of the oval gear flow meter ensures consistent performance with excellent repeatability and accuracy. 
 

Positive Displacement Oval Gear Measurement: Relies on the precision of positive displacement oval gears to accurately measure both supply and return fuel flow rates. The gears interlock and respond to flow, enabling exact computation of net fuel consumed.

Intelligent LCD Display: The panel-mounted intelligent fuel calculator display shows four key parameters simultaneously — In (supply), Out (return), Use (consumption), and Stk (stock fuel in tank) — enabling instant on-site monitoring without additional equipment.

RS485 Modbus RTU Communication: Supports seamless integration with SCADA systems, PLCs, and remote monitoring platforms via RS485 Modbus RTU for digital data transmission and fleet-wide diesel fuel management.
