The BE-5500-GR Remote Mount Slurry Electromagnetic Flow Meter is expertly designed for precise and reliable measurement of slurry media in demanding industrial applications. Its rugged construction and remote-mount capability ensure flexibility and optimal performance in challenging environments.
 

Key Construction Features

Sensor Body
Material: The flow sensor is crafted from high-strength stainless steel or carbon steel, offering superior corrosion and abrasion resistance.
Lining: Abrasion-resistant liners, such as PTFE, polyurethane, or rubber, are used to withstand abrasive slurry media like ore slurry, coal-water slurry, and mud.
Flanged Connections: Standardized flanged ends ensure easy installation and secure connection to pipeline systems.

Electrodes
Material: Made from durable materials such as Hastelloy C, titanium, or tantalum to resist corrosion and wear in aggressive process conditions.
Design: Precisely positioned for consistent and accurate flow measurement, even in liquid-solid two-phase flows.

Remote Transmitter
Construction: The transmitter is housed separately in a robust, weatherproof enclosure, allowing flexible installation away from the pipeline.
