In Mumbai, there's a continuous need for equipment to measure gas, liquid flow, and other related characteristics, especially in major establishments like petrochemical plants, shipyards, and fertilizer sectors. Consequently, many manufacturers and providers in the city offer a variety of gas flow meters.
In the steel industry, measuring blast gas and airflow is crucial. Burak's sensors can be installed in a steel mill’s gas power plant without disrupting operations, ensuring accurate combustion air and blast flame gas monitoring.
Installing these sensors during operation posed a challenge for blast oven gas quantity measurements. However, our extensive industry experience helped the installation operator choose our sensors confidently. All 30 required measures were installed without issue, providing reliable results since then.
Whenever high turndown and low-pressure losses are critical in gas metering applications across industries, thermal flowmeters offer a viable alternative to conventional measurement techniques. They are used for process monitoring, consumption and supplies, leak detection, and distribution network monitoring. Insertion models can measure gas streams in very large pipes or rectangular ducts.
This unit can simultaneously measure pressure and temperature differentials and use a barometer to correct for wet or dry gas. It processes current and average stack data for up to 10 minutes with “start-stop” or a pre-set average duration, adjusting them to offset ambient barometric pressure, whether absolute or static.
