Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Burak Metering, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of flow meters and process instrumentation systems. You will provide technical support to customers, ensure reliable field performance, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and service excellence.Responsibilities include:Installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting flow meters and instrumentation systems at client sites.Performing calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal product performance.Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers.Preparing service reports, maintenance logs, and calibration certificates.Coordinating with the production and quality teams for product improvements based on field feedback.Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining high standards of service quality.Additional Information:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.2–5 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of instrumentation systems.Strong knowledge of flow measurement, process automation, and calibration practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
