Position Overview:
As a Quality Control Engineer at Burak Metering Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our rigorous quality control processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in upholding industry standards and ensuring the delivery of top-notch products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement comprehensive quality control measures to uphold the highest standards for our products.
Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products, identifying and addressing quality issues to ensure compliance with industry benchmarks.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to promptly address quality concerns and implement effective solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance quality control processes and overall product quality.
Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records, including reports on inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in quality control, preferably within a specific industry or sector. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies. Proficient in the use of quality control tools and equipment.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to effectively identify and address quality issues. Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements related to quality control.
Quality Management Systems (QMS): Familiarity with the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems. Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
