Estimation Engineer – Electrical Panel Estimation

As an Estimation Engineer – Electrical Panel Estimation at Burak Metering, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals for electrical panel projects. You will work closely with sales, design, and project teams to ensure competitive and profitable solutions are delivered to clients. Responsibilities include:Reviewing client requirements, drawings, and specifications for electrical panel projects.Preparing cost estimates, bills of materials (BOM), and technical proposals.Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to obtain material prices and lead times.Evaluating technical and commercial aspects of tenders and preparing competitive quotations.Assisting the sales team in client discussions, clarifications, and negotiations.Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and client specifications.Maintaining records of estimation data, supplier quotations, and project cost history.Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred).3–5 years of experience in electrical panel estimation or related field.Strong knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear, and control systems.Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools/software.Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-evaluation skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
